Conference registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by February 24, 2025.
A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by April 15, 2025.
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges and payment gateway charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
No refunds will be issued after April 15 , 2025. However, in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Organizing Committee..
Please note that all fees for special events are non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the conference.
